Two very interesting articles out on Saturday with different opinions and points of view on the subject of the FBI’s “involvement” in the kidnapping plot against Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
"This is not to say that Robeson has not been providing information to the FBI and other law enforcement agencies for years — including in connection with the Whitmer kidnapping plot. Once a person begins to travel down that road and obtains financial benefits from doing so, they tend to come back whenever an opportunity presents itself."
So, what is the law on people trying to get others to commit crimes? If, as you say, he wasn't working at the behest of the fbi, then why isn't he charged like the rest of the group? What protection do people have against someone like Robeson who clearly wants to set other people up?
>> A lot of assumptions about the FBI having “entrapped” people are built upon that claim that Robeson, as an FBI CHS organized this first meeting when there isn’t any evidence that I’ve yet seen that Robeson did that at the behest of the FBI.
So, if someone encourages people to commit a crime, and once he starts to get them hooked, turns around and renews his CHS status with the FBI, for pay, to get the FBI going after the people he encouraged to engage in a crime, at what point do we say it's insanely wrong to be charging the people he "encouraged"? At what point do we say the person who needs to recharged is the FBI's CHS?
We know the meeting in Dublin had CHS and an FBI presence. The meeting was recorded and setup by Steve. So is it fair to assume Steve R. was in fact directed by the FBI? If so, what are your thoughts Ship?
Ship, Dan seems a major problem for the prosecution because he seems to be carrying this plot, gathering manpower, organizing, funding and smoothing over ruffled feathers of the two groups in furtherance of the nascent plot. Why would a perfectly nice person run a matchup service for weirdos who run around shooting things and like to vent about Gov Whitless? Money. The FBI may not have explicitly directed Dan to pull this group together, but they financially incentivized it.
The FBI implicitly directs informants to produce crimes worthy of pursuit. Dan gets paid by FBI to play G-Man games by hatching a plot and bringing it to the FBI, and a bunch of goofballs who otherwise had no intention of acting on their malcontent without the informant's actions go to jail? Entrapment.

Andy McCarthy is a shill for the deep state. I wouldn’t put any credence in anything he says. Total fraud.
