The Biden Justice Department recently unsealed the “Fifth Superseding Indictment” in the “Oathkeepers” January 6th prosecution. This is actually the sixth effort by the government to charge the individuals it alleges were part of a conspiratorial effort to interfere with Congress’s efforts to finalize the Nov. 2020 election results.
