Late on Friday, federal District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk in the Northern District of Texas issued a nationwide injunction against the Biden Administration, prohibiting it from ending the “Remain in Mexico” policy created by the Trump Administration with regard to migrants applying for asylum status in the United States.
