As I noted in this article yesterday, by a 2-1 vote the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals cleared the way for President Trump to deploy Oregon National Guardsman into Portland to assist DHS/ICE law enforcement personnel to conduct immigration enforcement operations against illegal aliens.

Sort of.

There are some procedural quirks here that I’m going to lay out in bullet-point form to make them easier to understand rather than present them in narrative fashion.
