PART TWO — The Dutch Special Intelligence on the “Clinton Plan” to link Candidate Trump To Putin/Russia.

Sometime in 2016 — presumably early but John Durham’s Classified Annex does not give a specific date — Dutch intelligence began sending materials it was intercepting from Russian intelligence service(s). I’ve read elsewhere, though I don’t know for sure, that the Dutch were aided in this exercise by an anti-Russian hacking group.

The Classified Annex to John Durham’s Report dated May 2023 describes this material as “Special Intelligence.” As I did in Part One looking that the contents of the Annex, I refer to this material herein as “Dutch Special Intelligence” — DSI.

The Annex seems to describe — without being specific — three separate dispatches of DSI from the Dutch to U.S. intelligence, presumably coming in through the CIA. We know the second dispatch, which included allegations about Attorney General Loretta Lynch providing information to the Clinton Campaign about the status of FBI investigations into Clinton, was in March 2016, as the FBI took steps in late March to evaluate what should be done — including meeting with the senior-most career official in DOJ management on March 31. The information about Lynch came out of a Russian language “Memorandum” that summarized material it claimed was taken from various sources. Among the attributions were Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and Leonard Bernardo. Both were the subject of Russian hacking in the spring of 2016.
